Spiked Chai Tea Latte


1 chai tea bag

Approximately ¼ cup almond milk

1 oz spiced rum

Honey or agave nectar, to taste

Cardamom powder


This drink can be served hot or cold.

Boil water and using a chai tea bag, make a cup that is filled ¾ of the way with tea.  Let it steep for the time required on the box (mine took 6 minutes).

If you’d like this drink cold, chill the tea in the fridge or with ice.

Remove the tea bag and fill the cup the rest of the way with almond milk.

Add rum, honey and a shake of cardamom powder.
