Approximately ½ cup champagne
Approximately ½ cup blood orange juice
Blood orange slices, to garnish
Place half an orange slice in each glass or on the rim. Fill the glass about ½ with blood orange juice.
Fill the remaining portion of the glass with champagne, tipping glass at a 45 degree angle to minimize foaming.
