Women Sleep More than Men, But Not as Much as College Students

In a recent study on how American’s use their time, the U.S. Department of Labor published a series of charts.  We thought some of them were worth sharing.

The average college student spends the majority of his/her time sleeping, and only 3.4 hours on educational activities.

The study also showed that at any age, women spend more time sleeping than men do.

This data was collected between 2003 and 2012.  For more information on this topic, visit the Bureau of Labor Statistics website.
