Ingredients:
1 lb fresh green beans, ends removed
8 ounces fresh mushrooms, washed and sliced
A few sprigs of fresh thyme
2 tablespoons Olive oil
Salt + pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350. In large cast-iron skillet, combine and spread out all ingredients.
- Cook until mushrooms and green beans are tender and beginning to brown, 20-25 minutes.
