Green Beans and Mushrooms with Fresh Thyme

This recipe is so simple, yet delicious! With less than 5 ingredients, it is incredibly easy, but your body will thank you for it!

Serves 2

Ingredients:

1 lb fresh green beans, ends removed

8 ounces fresh mushrooms, washed and sliced

A few sprigs of fresh thyme

2 tablespoons Olive oil

Salt + pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350. In large cast-iron skillet, combine and spread out all ingredients.
  2. Cook until mushrooms and green beans are tender and beginning to brown, 20-25 minutes.
