  1. Choose your base liquid (almond milk, green tea, coconut water)
  2. Choose your greens (kale, spinach, collards, beet greens, swiss chard)
  3. Choose your fruit (banana, berries, mango, avocado, peach, pear, pineapple, apple)
  4. Choose your supercharger (protein powder, chia seeds, ground flaxseed, peanut or almond butter, cocoa or cacao powder, cinnamon, fresh ginger)
  5. Optional: Sweeten it (chopped dates, pure maple syrup, honey, agave)
  6. Add ice
  7. Blend!
