Vacay Close to Home This Summer – Enjoy a County Fair!

Williamson County Fair 

The Williamson County Fair is planned for August 7-15, 2015 at Williamson County Agricultural EXPO Park, 4215 Long Lane, Franklin.  Hours are Mon-Thurs 6 p.m.-10 p.m., Fri 6 p.m.-11 p.m., Sat 10 a.m.-10 p.m., Sun 12 p.m.-10 p.m.

Admission is $6 for adults, $3 for children ages 6-12 and free for children 6 and under.   Parking is free.

Pulaski Lions Club/Giles County Fair  

The Pulaski Lions Club/Giles County Fair is scheduled for the Giles County Ag Park, 2014 Elkton Pike, Pulaski on August 26-30, 2015.  The fair will include Amusements of America rides, Fairest of the Fair, Jump & Run, a performance by Kentucky Head Hunters, livestock show, motocross, demolition derby and more.

South Central Area Fair  

The South Central Area Fair is scheduled for August 17-22, 2015 at Memorial Park in Hohenwald, 115 Smith Ave, Hohenwald.

Events will include Motocross, Tiny Tots Beauty Pageant, Jump-N-Run Race, Fairest of the Fair, Power Wheels Derby, UTV Races, two nights of Demolition Derby, a $3,000 give-away and a Corn Hole Tournament.

Admission is $12 at the gate every night except Wednesday, when it is $8.  This cost includes all rides.

Wilson County Fair  

The Wilson County Fair is planned for August 14-22, 2015 at the James E. Ward Agricultural Center, 945 E. Baddour Parkway, Lebanon.

Admission is $8 for adults, $6 for children 6-12 and free for children under 6.  Parking is free.  For more information, visit their website at wilsoncountyfair.net.

Maury County Fair  

The schedule for the Maury County Fair is August 18-22, 2015 at Maury County Park, 1018 Maury County Park Drive, Columbia.  Admission is $10 for adults over 13 and $6 for kids 6-12.  Parking is free.

Tennessee State Fair 

The Tennessee State Fair is planned for September 11-20, 2015 at the Tennessee State Fairgrounds, 500 Wedgewood Ave, Nashville.

Middle Tennessee District Fair  

The Middle Tennessee District Fair, hosted by the Lawrenceburg Rotary Club, is planned for September 28 – October 4, 2015 at Lawrenceburg Rotary Park, 927 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg.

Admission is $7 for adults, $4 for children ages 6-12 and free for accompanied children under 6.

Lincoln County Fair 

The Lincoln County Fair is scheduled for September 12-19, 2015 at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds, 1010 Hedgemont Avenue, Fayetteville.

Admission on Sunday-Thursday will cost $7 for anyone aged 6 or older and free for children under 6.  Saturday, September 12, it will be $20 for admission, concerts and rides armband.  Friday, September 18, it will be $10 for admission and the tractor pull.  Saturday, September 19,  it will be $10 for admission and the demolition derby.
