Mango Green Tea Popsicles

Makes 6 small pops

Green Tea-Layer:

½ cup of strong-brewed green tea

½ cup lite coconut milk

juice of ½ lime

Mango Layer:

½ ripe banana, sliced

1 mango, sliced

½ cup orange juice

¼ cup coconut milk

Instructions:

  1. Combine green-tea layer ingredients in high-power blender, and blend until smooth. Pour the liquid into the bottom of the pop containers.
  2. Place pops in freezer to let thicken and freeze a bit. This will make it easier to create the “layer” look.
  3. Repeat this process with the mango layer.
  4. Freeze for 4 hours, enjoy!
