Makes 6 small pops
½ cup of strong-brewed green tea
½ cup lite coconut milk
juice of ½ lime
½ ripe banana, sliced
1 mango, sliced
½ cup orange juice
¼ cup coconut milk
- Combine green-tea layer ingredients in high-power blender, and blend until smooth. Pour the liquid into the bottom of the pop containers.
- Place pops in freezer to let thicken and freeze a bit. This will make it easier to create the “layer” look.
- Repeat this process with the mango layer.
- Freeze for 4 hours, enjoy!
